Teaser Tuesday #10

Teaser Tuesday is hosted evey week by MizB over at Should Be Reading.

Here's how it works:

•Grab your current read
•Open to a random page
•Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
•BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
•Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

This weeks teaser is from Graceling by Kristin Cashore.

Her first thought when she entered the throne room was to wish she'd brought a knife after all. Her second thought was to wish that Po's sense of bodies had extended to his room, so that he might have warned her of what was waiting for her here, and she might have known not to come. p 165

And remember, I'm only 2 chapters in so this is a teaser for me too!

Can't wait to read all your teasers!
