Become a Citizen of PanEm

I'm a citizen of Pan Em now! I went to The Capitol's Website and signed up to be a citizen. I was placed in District 2 and got to make my own ID card. Apparently I'm a plasterer.

You guys should definitely check it out!

    so when you did your id it gave you the occupation and panem id number???? ive i did mine and it just left those blank
