Book Trailer - A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle

That was the 50th anniversary book trailer for A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle. I have to admit, I have never read the book. I know I should. And I probably will here soon. From what I've read everyone appreciates it so much more as an adult than they did as a child.

It was a dark and stormy night; Meg Murry, her small brother Charles Wallace, and her mother had come down to the kitchen for a midnight snack when they were upset by the arrival of a most disturbing stranger.

"Wild nights are my glory," the unearthly stranger told them. "I just got caught in a downdraft and blown off course. Let me sit down for a moment, and then I'll be on my way. Speaking of ways, by the way, there is such a thing as a tesseract."

A tesseract (in case the reader doesn't know) is a wrinkle in time. To tell more would rob the reader of the enjoyment of Miss L'Engle's unusual book.

Book Trailer - Sisters Red by Jackson Pearce

Because I'm a tad bit slow, I've just recently picked up Sisters Red by Jackson Pearce. I saw Sweetly and wanted to buy it, but hadn't read the first book yet and even though I know they're two different stories, I still wanted to read them in order. I'm excited to read it because I love re-tellings. They make me remember why I love the stories to begin with. And they're always exciting.

I like the soundtrack to the first trailer better. But I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE how the 2nd trailer starts out. So I think that one wins hands down for me. What do you guys think?
